Two bidders battle for Bondi apartment with views at Sydney auction

Two bidders competed strongly for this well maintained two bedroom apartment in Bondi with views across the beach and water. The Sydney fog didn't deter property buyers from attending auctions on a day when most real estate agents chose to defer due to the public holiday weekend.

Sydney real estate auctioneer Clarence White sold the property under the hammer for Mary Ann Cronin of Phillips Pantzer Donnelley.
