Sydney's property market is showing strong signs of recovery with numbers of registered bidders at auctions rising sharply in recent months. The increased buyer activity combined with limited stock of available homes for sale has seen many properties selling for significantly over their reserve prices on auction day. Weekly clearances are sitting in the 70% to low 80% range week on week now. Price growth will inevitably follow.
